Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing

We spray a non-toxic cleaning solution formulated to release the dirt ingrained in the floor. Then we apply heated water at the appropriate cleaning pressure - up to 1000 psi - under a contained dome.   As the water is applied, we vacuum-extract it as we go.

After the first pass, we apply another type of cleaner to the grout lines, scrub them with grout brushes, and vacuum extract the area again, leaving the surface nearly dry as we clean your floor. 

We also use special tools to make sure your floor is cleaned all the way to the edges and in corners, leaving your floor beautiful all the way to the wall.

Clear sealant may help protect your grout from chemical interactions with the dirt, grime, and bacteria that can settle there. Sealant also can make cleaning easier and can prevent your grout from becoming permanently stained.

However, manufacturers suggest reapplying clear sealant every 2 years after a thorough cleaning.  Rather than having you incur that additional cost, we provide information on how to keep your floors looking their best by using products and practices that help prevent residue from sticking to the floor and the grout, helping you to maintain your floor's beauty for the long term! 

For areas that are difficult to keep clean, we recommend color sealant as the most effective solution over the long term.

If your floor is covered with wax or other substances, we can strip the floor and reclaim its original beauty.
 

Please note that we do not recommend using wax to maintain your tile floors and will not apply wax.

We offer grout color sealant in colors to match your existing grout color OR we can change the color to a different color altogether - to something you’ll really like!

Color sealed grout has the added benefit of being MUCH easier to clean and is much more stain resistant than unsealed or clear sealed grout.
